Required work schedule: (not a remote or hybrid position)

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Occasional evening and weekend work (including Saturdays and Sundays) may be required based on business and event needs.

Sandia Area Federal Credit Union is hiring a Creative Marketing Specialist - an early-career role for a creative thinker who wants to do a little bit of everything. You'll help tell our story through video and photography, social media, graphic design, copywriting, digital and print content, while contributing ideas to campaigns and finding new ways to connect with our audiences. We're looking for someone who can shoot and edit great content, write and design with purpose, understand what performs and why, and bring their own ideas to the table. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Proficiency with full suite of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premier Pro,

Photoshop and Illustrator required)

• Excellent copywriting skills in several mediums
• Experience with omnichannel marketing strategies
• Eye for design in multiple mediums and channels, including print and digital
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while producing accurate and on-time deliverables

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Expertise in omnichannel marketing strategies. with a requisite understanding of financial institution operations.

• Highly proficient in management of all social media platforms, including but not limited to Meta, X, LinkedIn, Youtube, Google Business, and Tiktok.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to multitask and excellent time management skills.

• Must be highly motivated, independent, creative with good follow-up skills, energetic, and be a self-starter.

• Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud along with corresponding programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive in seeking professional growth, embracing both formal and informal development opportunities, and demonstrating adaptability to new responsibilities.

• Team-oriented with a strong collaborative mindset, actively supporting team members and contributing to a positive and high-performing environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Must be willing and able to drive on company business, maintain a valid Driver's License, and adhere to Sandia Area's Driving Policy.

• Ability to perform essential functions, including the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. as needed.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field.

Directly related experience, in addition to minimum years required, may be considered as a substitution.

• Four (4)year(s) of applicable experience required.

• Relevant marketing experience required.

• Financial Institution experience is a plus.
