Position Overview

Our client, a leading global media and publishing company, is seeking an experienced Creative Producer to manage the end-to-end production of branded video campaigns across multiple consumer brands and advertising categories.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in video production within a publishing company, advertising agency, media company, or production studio, with experience producing high-quality branded content, digital video, and social-first campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of branded video campaigns, from pre-production through filming, post-production, and final delivery.

• Manage production budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables while maintaining high creative standards.

• Source and coordinate talent, directors, writers, freelancers, vendors, and production locations.

• Collaborate with Creative, Production, Post-Production, Sales, Marketing, Talent, and Legal teams to execute campaigns.

• Serve as the primary production contact during client meetings, creative reviews, and production calls.

• Oversee client feedback, internal approvals, and production workflows to ensure timely delivery.

• Manage multiple productions simultaneously, including fast-turnaround campaigns and larger-budget projects.

• Troubleshoot production challenges and develop solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in video production at a publishing company, advertising agency, media company, or production studio.

• Experience producing digital long-form video, social-first content, or influencer-led campaigns.

• Strong understanding of the full video production lifecycle, including pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production.

• Proven ability to manage production budgets, timelines, vendors, and creative teams.

• Experience working directly with clients and managing creative feedback and approvals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional client-facing and executive-level correspondence.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience producing branded or sponsored video content.

• Background working with premium media publishers, lifestyle brands, or advertising agencies.

• Experience producing content for Home, Travel, Luxury, Food, or similar consumer-focused industries.

• Experience managing high-profile clients and complex, multi-stakeholder productions.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Creative Producer with strong branded video production experience, excellent client management skills, and a background in publishing, media, advertising, or premium consumer content.
