Job Description: Creative Project Manager - Launch Creative Client Role Overview The Creative Project Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering Client's most visibleand complex launches-bringing new ships, inaugural sailings, destinations, and onboard innovations to market across a global, multi channel ecosystem. This role partners closely with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Channel teams to orchestrate creative development for high stakes launch moments, ensuring flawless execution, on brand storytelling, and on time delivery against immovable launch milestones.

Key Responsibilities
• ssists in shepherding the logistics and deliverables for the creative team behind major Client launches, including new ship debuts, inaugural sailings, destination introductions, onboard product rollouts, and integrated brand campaigns, serving as the central point of coordination across stakeholders and creative teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Channel partners, practicing clear and consistent communication throughout the full launch lifecycle-from early concepting and roadmap planning through final delivery and post launch optimization.
• Partner with marketing and channel leads during launch planning to translate business objectives, launch strategies, and timelines into actionable creative roadmaps, managing the creative pipeline to support complex, multi phase go to market plans.
• Own creative intake for launch initiatives by managing all creative briefs, ensuring launch requirements, technical specifications, brand standards, and standard processes are clearly defined and followed across all deliverables and channels.
• Convert approved briefs into structured projects within the workflow system (Wrike), assigning resources, building detailed timelines, and developing work plans that align creative development with critical launch milestones, approvals, and fixed sail dates.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Ops Manager, Creative Director, Creative Managers, Designers, Copywriters, and Editors to guide work from concept through execution-serving as the voice of the guest, the brand, and the business while balancing creative excellence with launch realities.
• Proactively manage prioritization, dependencies, and risks across concurrent launch workstreams, ensuring all teams are aligned on deadlines, approvals, and handoffs in a fast paced, high visibility environment.
• Capture, synthesize, and communicate feedback clearly and efficiently, ensuring creative teams have actionable direction while protecting brand integrity and maintaining momentum against launch timelines.
• Facilitate internal and external status meetings, forecast and track project health, and report on progress, risks, and tradeoffs to support informed decision making and on time launch delivery.
• Coordinate the trafficking of launch assets from creative production build out and quality control through final delivery to Channel leads, ensuring assets meet technical requirements, brand standards, and global deployment needs across digital, paid media, email, social, web, direct mail, mobile/SMS, and onboard touchpoints.
• ct as an ambassador for Creative Services during launch planning and presentations, fostering trust, collaboration, and accountability while instilling a strong sense of ownership and pride in delivering world class launches.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in an agency or in house marketing environment managing creative workflows for large scale campaigns, launches, or go to market initiatives.
• Proven experience supporting high volume, deadline driven work with fixed launch dates; experience in eCommerce, retail, or global marketing environments strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of multi channel marketing, with an Client on digital platforms including web, email, social, paid media, direct mail, and mobile/SMS.
• Proficiency with enterprise project management tools and a passion for operational excellence, process optimization, and detailed documentation. Experience with Wrike, Smartsheet, and/or any project management system is a plus.

• Experience managing creative assets within shared servers or enterprise level asset management systems.
