Creative Service Specialist

Overview:

$19.50 - $24.42 / hour

Rate is dependent upon previous experience

 

The Creative Service Specialist, under our Reprographics team, is responsible for assisting with Graphic Design, Digital Printing, and shipping and receiving incoming mail and packages and maintaining department records. This role also involves assisting with design work, mailing responsibilities and ensuring that the retention department remains up to date. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Assists with graphic design while utilizing the printing and bindery equipment to complete assigned projects.
• Collect and drop off mail at the postal service. Process incoming mail and sort it for delivery. Handle mail processing for USPS and FedEx. 
• Assists with maintaining an inventory of materials needed to complete projects.
• Assists with completing and filing paperwork related to mailroom expenses and maintains a clean, safe work area. 
• Organizes paper supplies on the shelf and ensures all printing materials, i.e., paper, toners, and bindery supplies, are in stock. 
• Keep retention records in place and up to date, moving boxes and staging them for destruction when needed. 

Qualifications:

 

Education   

High School Diploma or GED   

 

Vocational/Technical training in Graphics/Printing

0‑2 Years Related Experience 

                                     

Minimum Age

At Least 18 Years of Age

                                                

    Qualifications:

• Knowledge/experience in graphic design, pre press, digital printing and FedEx shipping.
• Must have a Class C California Driver's License
• Able to meet scheduling and availability policies and requirements
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
