    Description

    The Creator Incubation Team is a dedicated unit within TikTok Shop focused on identifying, nurturing, and empowering content creators to thrive within the TikTok e-commerce ecosystem. To bridge creators and commerce , the team builds sustainable, long-term partnerships that drive authentic content and boost sales through TikTok Shop.

    As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

    Responsibilities

    • Livestream Support: Provide onsite assistance for livestream sessions, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting technical issues in real-time.
    • Creator Onboarding & Incubation: Assist in identifying, recruiting, and nurturing new creators, helping them build their livestreaming presence and drive e-commerce success.
    • Campaign Execution: Support in planning and executing promotional livestream campaigns, working closely with creators and brands to optimize engagement and sales.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key livestream and creator performance metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
    • Training & Development: Help provide insights, guidance, and best practices to new creators, ensuring they maximize their impact on TikTok Shop.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, and partnerships) to execute strategic initiatives and improve livestream effectiveness.
    • Industry Research: Stay updated on competitor strategies, market trends, and best practices in the livestream and influencer marketing space. Minimum Qualifications
    • Relevant major from university or past experience related to marketing, business, communications or a related field
    • Strong interest in livestreaming, creator development, and e-commerce.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with talents and stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic understanding of social media trends, analytics, and e-commerce platforms.
    • Willingness to work onsite during livestream sessions

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience in content creation, talent management, or live streaming is a plus.
