We're looking for a Creator Marketing Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new creators and identifying the best talent within our existing creator network to match campaign objectives. You'll also own creator-facing email marketing — building and optimizing outreach and engagement funnels to grow and activate our creator network. This role blends relationship-building with a strong analytical mindset: you'll use data to drive sourcing decisions, messaging strategy, and funnel performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Creator Sourcing & Recruitment: Proactively discover and onboard new content creators across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to expand our talent pool.
- Email Marketing & Funnel Management: Build, manage, and optimize email marketing funnels for creator outreach, onboarding, and re-engagement — testing subject lines, send times, segmentation, and messaging to improve open rates, opt-in rates, and conversion through the funnel.
- Data-Driven Messaging: Develop and refine messaging strategies using A/B testing and performance data, applying insights to continuously improve creator response and activation rates.
- Campaign Matching: Identify and recommend registered creators who align with campaign goals, audience demographics, and brand guidelines, using data to inform matching decisions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date on influencer marketing trends, emerging creators, and platform updates to optimize recruitment and outreach strategies.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (campaign managers, sales, and client success) to ensure smooth execution of influencer collaborations.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor creator engagement, email funnel metrics, and campaign performance data to refine sourcing and messaging strategies, and report on key KPIs (open rate, opt-in rate, conversion rate) to improve outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, email/lifecycle marketing, or a related field.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience managing email marketing funnels — comfortable working with email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) and interpreting performance metrics like open rate, click-through rate, and opt-in rate.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions, run A/B tests, and iterate on messaging to improve performance.
- Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of influencer landscapes across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, balanced with comfort working in spreadsheets/dashboards and interpreting data.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in the Los Angeles area (this role is in-person 4 days a week at our Culver City HQ).
