Credit Analyst

A community bank in Berthoud is seeking a Credit Analyst to support lenders across Larimer County and northern Colorado. The role focuses on financial analysis, risk rating, and underwriting support, with room to grow into lending or credit.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with loan officers on new loans and renewals
• Spread and analyze financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow
• Risk-rate credits and prepare clear credit memos
• Help train and support newer team members
• Contribute to month-end and regulatory reporting
• Make sure loan files meet policy and compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting
• 1+ years of bank credit analysis preferred
• Solid Excel and financial modeling skills
• Careful with details and a clear writer
• Interested in a future lending career
