Credit Analyst

A community bank in Bettendorf is hiring a Credit Analyst to support its lending team across Scott County and the Quad Cities area of eastern Iowa. You'll work side by side with loan officers, with a clear path toward lending or credit leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Spread and analyze financial statements for new loans and renewals
• Assign and review risk ratings on commercial and ag credits
• Write concise credit memos for lenders and loan committee
• Help with month-end reporting and regulatory requests
• Monitor covenants, exceptions, and policy compliance
• Share credit know-how with newer team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• One or more years of bank credit analyst experience preferred
• Confident with Excel and financial spreading tools
• Detail-oriented with good analytical judgment
• Interest in moving into a lending or credit career
