Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all collection activities across the organization
Supervise, coach, and develop a team of three collections professionals
Handle escalated collection matters and key customer accounts
Build strong client relationships to improve payment performance
Drive timely collections efforts and reduce aging receivables
Analyze collection metrics and identify process improvements
Partner with internal teams to resolve customer issues and support business objectives
Serve as the organization's primary Credit & Collections leader

Qualifications

Prior experience leading a Credit & Collections team
Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and collections best practices
Experience managing complex customer accounts and escalated issues
Demonstrated success improving collections performance and reducing aging
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
Experience utilizing ERP systems and technology-driven processes is a plus
