Key Responsibilities for the Credit Manager:

• Evaluate and approve credit recommendations for new customer accounts.
• Manage credit, collections, account reviews, and order release decisions.
• Monitor distributor credit trends and identify potential financial risks.
• Oversee sales and use tax filings, audits, and compliance activities.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and bank accounts to the general ledger.
• Supervise and develop finance support staff while maintaining departmental procedures.

Qualifications for the Credit Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including 5+ years in credit and collections.
• Strong knowledge of credit, collections, and bankruptcy laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
