Crew Chief

Primary Responsibilities- Leading a crew of production technicians.- Explain process and answer customer questions, as needed.- Communicate clear expectations to technicians and supervise their activities.- Perform production processes and ensure quality control.- Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate projects.Position Requirements- Effective written and oral communication.- Basic math skills.- IICRC certification(s) preferred.- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.- Valid driver's license.Company Benefits- Health Insurance- Dental Insurance- Vision Insurance- Paid vacations- 401k employer match
