Take the Next Step in Your Landscaping Career! Are you an experienced landscaper with leadership skills and a clean driving record? We're looking for a motivated Crew Leader to lead daily operations, support crew members, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside your team while helping drive success on every job site.
What You'll Do Lead, supervise, and motivate landscaping crew members Assign daily tasks and ensure work orders are completed on time Operate and oversee trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment safely Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards (OSHA) Load, unload, transport, and organize job materials and equipment Monitor work quality and productivity on job sites Report progress, maintenance issues, and safety concerns to management Interact professionally with clients when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications ️ Minimum 1 years of landscaping or related industry experience ️ Previous supervisory or leadership experience required ️ Clean driving record required ️ Ability to work hands-on with the crew ️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills ️ Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset ️ Willingness to learn English ️ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
