Position Summary

As a Crew Member, you are an essential part of our restaurant team, helping create a welcoming environment while preparing quality food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Crew Members work in a fast-paced environment and perform a variety of tasks in both customer service and food preparation areas. Successful team members demonstrate a positive attitude, dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.

Essential Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive guest experience.
• Accurately take customer orders and process transactions.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously, seeking management assistance when needed.

Food Preparation & Quality

• Prepare food products according to Wendy's standards and procedures.
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards are consistently met.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain proper product holding times and temperatures.

Teamwork & Operations

• Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve restaurant goals.
• Support fellow crew members during high-volume periods.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Adapt to various workstations, including front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and kitchen areas.

Restaurant Cleanliness

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Clean and stock workstations, dining areas, restrooms, and equipment.
• Assist with opening, closing, and ongoing cleaning duties.
• Properly dispose of waste and recycling materials.

Qualifications

Required

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must possess all documents and permits required by federal, state, and local laws.

Preferred

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience.
• Food handling or food safety certification (if applicable).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the restaurant.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work near hot equipment and slippery surfaces.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions such as lifting, carrying, and operating kitchen equipment.

Work Environment

Crew Members work in a fast-paced restaurant environment that includes customer interaction, kitchen operations, and cleaning responsibilities. Work schedules may include mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.
