Starting Pay rate: $16.49

Position Summary: The McDonalds Overnight Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing quality food, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting restaurant operations during overnight hours. Team members work in a fast-paced environment to ensure customers receive accurate orders and a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare food and beverages according to McDonalds standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle customer payments.
• Assemble and package customer orders.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Stock supplies and replenish inventory as needed.
• Perform overnight cleaning tasks, including equipment and workstations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and managers.
• Assist with opening preparations for the morning shift.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
