About the Opportunity:

GSG is seeking a CRIMS Generalist to join our dynamic team. The Consultant will support the implementation, configuration, testing, and production support of the Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) for a client environment. This role requires strong hands-on experience with core CRIMS functionality, particularly rebalancing and flexible general CRIMS workflows across multiple business lines, and the ability to support clients throughout the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support core CRIMS functionality, including:

• Rebalancing

• Trading workflows

• Portfolio and account setup

• Allocations and compliance rules

Participate in on-prem CRIMS implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.

Support cutover and go-live activities.

Diagnose issues and work with CRD/internal teams to resolve defects.

Provide day-to-day production support post-implementation.

Work closely with client stakeholders (trading, operations, technology) and adapt to changing business requirements.

Document configurations, issues, and solutions as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong hands-on experience with Charles River (CRIMS).

• Solid background in general CRIMS functionality.

• Proven experience with rebalancing workflows.

• Experience supporting on-prem CRIMS environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working independently in a client-facing role.

Nice to Have

• UMA experience (preferred but not required).

• Prior experience as a senior generalist on CRIMS implementations.

• Experience supporting investment management clients in a hybrid or onsite setting.
