Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - $2070 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience.

• 6 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Special Requests:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details:
Procedures include CVP insertion, PICC line insertions, and chest tube insertion.
Patient population includes DKA/CVA, CHF/MI/acute coronary, pulmonary emboli/respiratory failure, sepsis, anaphylactic shock, septic shock, full arrest, cardiogenic shock, drug overdose, and esophageal varices.

Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend.
8 weekend shifts per contract.

Floating Requirements:
Floating between all Powers Health locations.
Float to ICUs/IMCU.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 6 months

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
