Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $97.48/hour
Pay Package: Includes regular and overtime rates at the same hourly rate, holiday pay at 1.4x

What Youll Do
Collaborate with attending physicians and rounding in the adult ICU setting
Respond to patient needs, ensuring timely and effective care delivery
Complete routine tasks such as patient assessments and documentation
Respond to bread-and-butter ICU cases, including routine procedures and patient management
Provide care for burn patients, managing their routine requirements without complex procedures or neurostrokes
Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and charting using Epic EMR software
Support patient recovery through clinical response and documentation
What You Need
Active MA state license (or valid PA certification with credentialing approval)
2+ years of critical care ICU experience
Board Certification in Acute Care (CRNP or similar)
ACLS and BLS certifications
DEA license
Strong clinical skills in adult ICU patient management
Ability to work 2 or more weekend shifts per month (including Fridays)
