What Youll Do
- Provide general medical care to hospitalized adult patients with a wide range of acute medical conditions.
- Examine and evaluate patients upon admission.
- Diagnose and treat illnesses and diseases in the hospital setting.
- Coordinate care for patients throughout their hospital stay.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory work, and X-rays.
- Communicate with patients primary care providers and support continuity of care after discharge.
- Answer patient questions and explain treatment plans.
What You Need
Required- Active New York license.
- AHA BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Board certification.
- At least 2 years of recent clinical experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Epic experience.
