Summary of Position

The CRM Administration & Optimization Specialist administers, supports, and continuously improves Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse. Serving as the primary day-to-day CRM resource, this individual contributor partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, and external partners to optimize processes, strengthen data quality, support users, increase adoption, and maximize platform effectiveness

 

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities/Skills

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse, including tables/entities, fields, forms, views, business rules, security roles, dashboards, and reporting. - Task Allocation: 20%
• Develop and maintain Power Automate cloud flows; manage solution deployments, environment configuration, release support, validation, and deployment readiness. - Task Allocation: 15%
• Perform data imports, cleanup, audits, deduplication support, and ongoing data quality management to maintain trusted CRM information. - Task Allocation: 15%
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and coordinate with IT and external partners to resolve system problems. - Task Allocation: 15%
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs, and improve CRM processes and user experience. - Task Allocation: 15%
• Support User Acceptance Testing and maintain system documentation, process documentation, training materials, and user guides. - Task Allocation: 10%
• Deliver user training, onboarding, and ongoing CRM support to strengthen adoption and effective platform usage. - Task Allocation: 5%
• Maintain standard CRM dashboards, reports, and metrics, and support campaign tracking, lead management, customer segmentation, and reporting needs. - Task Allocation: 5%

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales administration experience, including Dataverse configuration, Power Automate, solution management, deployments, CRM reporting, dashboards, data management, troubleshooting, requirements gathering, documentation, training, and user adoption support.
• Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certification; familiarity with Power BI; experience supporting Sales and Marketing teams; and experience with CRM implementations, enhancements, or optimization initiatives.
