This role collaborates with business development, operations, IT, and CRM Super Users to support reliable CRM data and accurate sales pipeline visibility leading to actionable business insights.ResponsibilitiesData Management, Data Quality & IntegrityMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain optimal functionality.Maintain CRM data integrity through clear data standards and regular data quality reviews.Work collaboratively on processes that support accurate, complete, and reliable customer, contact, opportunity, and pursuit data.Conduct routine data checks to identify missing fields, outdated records, duplicates, inactive opportunities, and inconsistent pipeline information.Work with business development and operations teams to resolve data quality issues and reinforce consistent CRM usage.Coordinate work processes between the CRM platform and other business systems, including ERP, PowerBi, AI usage and other reporting tools.Reporting, Analytics & Business Pipeline ReviewsMaintain dashboards, reports, and metrics that show opportunities, pursuits, client activity, and pipeline health.Analyze customer, pursuit, and pipeline data to identify trends and improve forecasting accuracy.Support business pipeline reviews by validating opportunity data, summarizing movement, highlighting gaps, and identifying follow-up items.Monitor key pipeline indicators, including stage progression, projected revenue, proposal activity, win/loss trends, and aging opportunities.Training & SupportReview CRM onboarding and training materials for new and existing employees offering continuous improvement recommendations.Update CRM training information as required and requested.Communicate technical concepts in a clear, practical manner for employees at all levels.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementTake ownership of assigned business analytics priorities while receiving direction from leadership and coordinating with stakeholders.Contribute to CRM strategic improvement plans focused on enhancements, reporting, process updates, and user support.Work as a team player with business development, operations, IT, and data/reporting professionals to continuously improve systems and processes.Include appropriate team members and subject matter experts on communications for business needs, feedback, and leadership guidance.Market Intelligence ResearchResearch client data for actionable business insights and information on our Top 100+ clients.Evaluate and offer recommendations on AI tools that support data gathering or enhancement efforts for upcoming new opportunities, new or existing clients or other information to enhance business intelligence efforts.Evaluate AI functionality for continuous improvements of our data analytics and information.Develop early alerts and tactics for finding new project opportunities working with business development leadership, GIS and other departments to offer insights leading to new opportunities.Work as a team player with business development and proposal professionals researching market intelligence information for client mapping, RFP responses or Go / No Go decisions.QualificationsMinimum of 5+ years of business analyst experience or CRM database / application support responsibilities.3+ years of experience in CRM platforms.4+ years of experience in data analysis roles.Experience and understanding of the RFP process preferred.Experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is preferred but not required.Experience managing CRM enhancements and user adoption initiatives.SkillsStrong understanding of CRM administration, reporting, user adoption, and business process support.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.Familiarity with CRM integrations, workflow automation, data standards, and data quality practices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.Ability to develop training programs that increase user engagement and adoption.Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.Accountable, collaborative, team-oriented, and ownership-minded.Experience with advanced analytics and AI-enabled CRM tools is a plus.EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Equal Employment OpportunityLEMOINE is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
