    Description

    Opportunity:

    Advanced Practice (CRNA) - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

    Job Details:

    • Provide anesthesia care for general, orthopedics, trauma, plastics, neurosurgery, pediatrics (ages 5 and up), endoscopy, NORA, robotic surgery, gynecology, and ENT procedures

    • Exclude cardiac, obstetric, and regional block procedures

    • Assess, prepare, and manage patients for anesthesia care in the perioperative/procedural period

    • Develop and implement anesthetic plans

    • Perform history and physical examinations

    • Obtain informed consent from patients

    • Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and post-operative assessments

    • Administer general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, IV regional blocks, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC)

    • Perform invasive monitoring and placement procedures including CVP/CVC, pulmonary artery catheterization, and intra-arterial lines

    • Manage airway procedures

    • Work under medical direction with 2:1 or 3:1 CRNA to anesthesiologist ratio

    • Shift options include 10-hour shifts (8:30 AM - 7:00 PM) or 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 AM start on Thursdays)

    • No call requirement

    • Must have minimum 1 year of experience

    • Requires ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications

    • Board certification required
