Coachella Valley Anesthesia, in partnership with Bakersfield Memorial Hospital, is launching a new pediatric anesthesia program and seeking PRN CRNAs to support and help grow this important service line. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new program from the beginning while joining a strong, well-supported anesthesia team within a rapidly expanding regional hospital.

• Dedicated specialty support teams including pediatric anesthesia, cardiac, OB, and regional anesthesia
• Strong administrative and clinical infrastructure supporting program launch and growth
• Optional opportunities for additional shifts and adult cases

Compensation & Benefits: Starting compensation: $250+ per hour for pediatric cases

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program

• Pediatric experience is a plus• NBCRNA certification required• Eligible for or active California CRNA licensure• Pediatric anesthesia experience preferred, but not required• Comfortable working within a collaborative team-based environment
