CS Material Logistics Inventory Specialist

Position Type:

• Contract
• Remote - Must reside in the greater Raleigh-Durham (RDU) area for in-person orientation and equipment pickup

Required:

• Education: Associate's degree required
• Experience: 5-8 years in Inventory Management, Material Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, multitasking, decision-making abilities, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Location: Must reside in the Raleigh-Durham area for onboarding; remote after training

Preferred:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• Experience with inventory control, physical inventory counts, reconciliations, spare parts, and material management
• Experience with inventory audits, consignment inventory, trunk stock, PO processing, reporting, and Excel
• Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments

Responsibilities:

• Provide inventory support services over the phone and online for all CSEs and partners
• Support Customer Administration with service report error resolution, billing reversals, and serial number error escalations
• Resolve return processing errors/issues and identify areas for improvement in Memphis Returns
• Coordinate and execute physical inventory activities with Field Management, ensuring timely reconciliation with minimal variance
• Handle inventory management errors including PO posting errors and tool order failures
