Customer Service Representative - Call Center

About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced call center team. This role involves handling inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and performing clerical and data-entry tasks, all while providing excellent service in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and provide general information
• Enter and update customer information accurately into the computer system
• Document calls and maintain precise records of customer interactions
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties as required
• Follow established procedures to ensure confidentiality and data integrity
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and friendly phone etiquette
• Basic computer skills and data-entry proficiency
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service, clerical, or call center experience
• Additional incentives for candidates with an Associate or Bachelor's degree
• Bilingual proficiency

Tools / Equipment / Systems:

• Computer with data-entry capability

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Tier 1 - up to 10 lbs lifting
