Looking for someone that can work full-time (9-6/M-F) and has customer service experience. Our department is located in Austin but will be moving to Cabot in a couple of months (only a few minutes away). The position is for our inbound team which receives and manages, on average, 400 or so calls per day. They need to be able to multi-task, work with a team, be a problem solver and able to serve our customers as well as the entire team. We do a lot of emailing and customer follow up.
