About the role:

“This is a banking customer service role for candidates with 1–2 years of banking experience who are interested in building a career in financial services and are willing to complete 3 months of training and obtain their FINRA Series 7 license.”

FINRA SERIES 7 EXAM:

The Series 7 exam, or General Securities Representative Exam, is a credential required for U.S. stockbrokers and financial professionals. Administered by FINRA, passing it lets individuals buy and sell most securities, including stocks, bonds, options, and mutual funds

Question count: 125 multiple-choice questions.

Time limit: 3 hours and 45 minutes.

Passing score: 72% or higher.

Prerequisite: Must pass the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam first

Role and responsibilities

Initially you would be working on basic accounting responsibilities with 20 - 30 call per day  
Someone who is fresh graduate or 1–2 years of banking experience
Candidates who have worked in a bank branch, call center, or customer-facing financial services environment
Someone comfortable helping customers with their financial needs and learning financial products
Someone willing to go through 3 months of full-time training
Someone willing and able to take the FINRA Series 7 exam after training
Candidates who want to become licensed to work with stocks, bonds, mutual funds, options, and other securities
