Precision plumbing solutions is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer focused individual to join our growing team! 


Job responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly 
  • Book new plumbing service appointments 
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians using housecall pro 
  • Follow up on missed calls and unscheduled estimates 
  • Confirm appointments and communicate arrival windows 
  • Handle customer questions and rescheduling 
  • Help fill openings when techs have cancellations 
  • Respond to incoming messages/appointment inquiries from customers 
  • communication between techs and customers
