CSR (Daily Commute Needed)

As a CSR at Alcides Group, you will be working with a team of retail professionals, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and handling scheduling. You will responsible for having professional dialogue with customers and assisting them with buying products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated experience managing a successful team.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with purchases and help team hit revenue goals
Create and implement team strategies and goals in accordance with long-term business plans and budgets
Train new team members
Manage new data and trends, and respond to them accordingly
Work closely with other departments to stay on top of new company happenings and projects, in order to properly execute them
Create presentations and reports for upper management
Manage inventory and equipment strategically and seamlessly

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading a successful team
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite recommended
Must be able to commute within Miami on a daily basis
Full time availability
Must be 18 or older
