Role Summary
Alliance Bank Central Texas is seeking a full-time, onsite Wire Desk professional in Waco, Texas to support accurate, timely funds movement and related operations. You will process incoming and outgoing wire transfers (including international), manage internet/email inquiries, and provide backup support within a customer service team.
Key responsibilities include reviewing remote check deposit transactions (CCX), answering and routing incoming calls, completing daily and month-end GL/DDA reconciliations, preparing reconciliation reports for the Controller, and maintaining organized filing/scanning.
Required qualifications/skills:
- Previous banking experience (required)
- Prior wire desk and customer service experience
- Working knowledge of BSA/OFAC policies and procedures
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel spreadsheets
- Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven; able to work independently and under pressure

Throughout the day, you’ll shift between focused processing time and responsive support—monitoring messages, coordinating with teammates, and keeping documentation tidy and easy to retrieve. Midday often includes quick check-ins to align on deadlines and exceptions. As the day winds down, you’ll close out outstanding items, ensure records are in order for reporting, and set up a clean handoff for the next business day.
