Tasks and Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with expertise in Orthopedics to join our dynamic team. As a CST-Ortho, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of orthopedic surgeries and providing top-notch patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment.
  
• Anticipating the surgeon's needs during procedures and maintaining a sterile field.
  
• Collaborating with the surgical team to provide optimal patient outcomes.
  

• Ensuring a safe and efficient surgical environment.

• Handling orthopedic-specific instrumentation and equipment.

• Maintaining accurate records of procedures and equipment used.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST).

• Orthopedic surgery experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and sterile technique.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
