What You’ll Do: The CT Technologist performs technical procedures, applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology. Regulates equipment used to expose the x-ray image as well as process and organize the image in PACS.
Qualifications Required:
Associates Degree or equivalent in Radiological Technology – Required
FL State Registered Radiologic Technician License
Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
Registered Computerized Tomography Technician
Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and CT concepts to include head, body, MSK, spine and chest imaging
One year of CT experience REQUIRED. Candidates DO NOT need to have acute care experience for hospital position. However, for the FSED opportunities, you must have acute care experience.
Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay rate range: Min $27.42/hr. – Max $36.95/hr. (Based on years of experience)
On-Call: As needed; Call Back: 2hr. min; time and a half
