What Youll Do:
Perform high-quality CT imaging for emergency department patients, including trauma, stroke, and routine ED cases
Operate Siemens and GE CT scanners, including FORCE technology
Follow protocols for abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
Adhere to fast-paced workflow with caseloads of 8-12 patients per shift
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
Maintain equipment and record accurate patient information in EPIC and Visage systems
What You Need:
Required:
ARRT(R)(CT) certification
BLS certification
Minimum of 2 years experience in inpatient, ER, or adult ICU imaging
Experience with Siemens FORCE Scanner is a must
Ability to work night shift (19:00 07:00) and weekend schedule
Must be fully available for orientation and start date; no other commitments
Preferred:
Experience with outpatient imaging, IV starts, PACS, contrast administration, and Visage system
About the Assignment:
This assignment is based in a busy emergency department with approximately 150-200 scans daily. You will be working on Siemens and GE scanners, providing routine ED imaging including trauma and stroke cases in a high-pressure, team-oriented setting. The unit operates with a ratio of 4 techs on the first shift, with shifts altered for weekends. This role is perfect for techs with strong trauma and ER CT experience seeking a dynamic environment.
