Seeking CT Tech - 13 Week Contract                                                                        Requirements: ARRT, BLS, 1 Year of Experience, 2 Preferred                                Pay Details: Weekly Pay, Housing and Meal Stipends, Travel Reimbursement                                                                                                                                          The primary responsibility of a CT Technologist is to ensure physicians and other members of a patient’s care team receive high-quality images they can use to make diagnoses or assess the success of treatments. Some common CT Technologist job duties and responsibilities include:                                          

• Interpreting the orders provided by the physician or other prescribing medical professional
• Explaining what will happen during the CT scan to patients
• Positioning patients properly to take the necessary images
• Administering IVs that contain contrast dyes to enhance imaging
• Examining images to ensure they’re usable
• Updating patient medical information
• Cleaning and maintaining CT scan equipment
• Keeping inventory of CT scan supplies and making orders for supply restocks as required
