Job Summary and Qualifications

As a CT Technologist, you will work with our friendly radiologists assisting with various types of procedures. There are always opportunities to learn new things and be challenged in your career. Members of our team consider themselves a family where each member works hard to support each other. We are looking for someone who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. In this role: 

  • You will administer both oral and IV contrast; evaluate patients for any allergic reactions; place correct IV for the exam being performed. 

  • You will perform diagnostic computed tomography procedures at a technical level that does not require direct supervision on neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent,adultand geriatric patients. 

  • You will perform exams as requested by ordering physicians and under the guidelines set by the standards of the Diagnostic Imaging Department. 

  • You will perform all assigned duties by the Cat Scan Supervisor, Assistant Director or Director of Diagnostic Imaging. 

  •  You will operate and understand CT scanning equipment; practice ALARA standards; understand physician protocols and scan appropriately. 


What qualifications you will need:


  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • (ARRT-CT) Computed Tomography must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
  • (ARRT-R) Radiography
  • Vocational School Graduate
