Job Description
Title: CT Tech
Duration: 13 weeks
Address: 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642
Schedule: Night Shift 4*10s 40hours/week
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 9:30 PM–8:00 AM EST
Other: On-call, callback, and holidays per unit needs
Candidates: Local candidates only
Experience: Minimum 2 years, including Level I Trauma Center experience
License: NYS License required before start
Certifications: ARRT and AHA BLS (American Heart Association only)
Injection Certification: Preferred; must be willing to obtain during orientation
Equipment: Philips and Siemens preferred
EMR: EPIC; images must be sent to PACS
Responsibilities: Perform CT scans, verify patient identity and exam orders, prepare and position patients, insert IVs as needed, document procedures accurately, and maintain patient safety.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, compassion, teamwork, and safe patient-handling skills.
