Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time CT scanning experience working with Siemens CT scanners
- Current ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
- Trauma imaging experience with the ability to work independently and confidently in high-pressure situations
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety, patient positioning, and image quality protocols
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with healthcare professionals and ensure patient comfort
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional certifications in radiology or advanced imaging techniques
- Experience with emergency or trauma radiography in a hospital setting
- Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS) or picture archiving and communication systems (PACS)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Radiologic Technology degree or higher
- At least 2+ years of recent clinical CT experience, ideally in trauma or emergency environments
Other Requirements:
- State licensure application (Massachusetts license to be obtained post-acceptance)
- Willingness to work the 11 p.m. 7 a.m. shift, Tuesday through Friday, on a three-week rotating schedule
- Reliable transportation and ability to adhere to professional standards and protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make informed clinical decisions
