Call in replacement help for absent employees and act in whatever capacity needed in order to fulfill facility need. Adjust assignments as needed.Assist with the training of employees.Keep current with job standards through in-service training, continuing education, personal and professional development. What is required in this position? High School Diploma/GED, required. Food prep or restaurant/hospitality cooking experience or training, preferred. Able to read and follow recipes and follow special dietary needs. Able to work in a team environment with limited supervision and supervise a team.
