JOB SUMMARY
Working closely with the CHF President & Executive Director, the Cultural Program Manager manages a variety of cultural initiatives and programs designed to perpetuate the Chugach region's culture and heritage for generations to come. The Cultural Program Manager is the first point of contact for cultural preservation activities for the Foundation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
MANDATORY:
Knowledge Of: administrative procedures, policies and practices, operation of common office machinery including copiers, fax machines, and computers. Demonstrated knowledge of the Chugach Alaska Native communities, regional organizations, and Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) corporations. Knowledge of the culture of the Chugach region as well as relevant federal laws pertaining to the relationship between Alaska Natives and the federal government.
Ability To: maintain confidentiality, communicate effectively orally and in writing, ability to deal with people in a professional and courteous manner, work independently, exercise good judgment and initiative.
