Full-Time Kitchen Cook Team Member — Day Shift

Join our team as a Full-Time Kitchen Cook Team Member! If you enjoy working with a great team, preparing delicious food, and staying busy in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on board!

Day shifts are available with start times between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM, typically working through 4:00 PM–5:00 PM. Exact hours can vary based on your availability and the restaurant's needs. Plus, earn up to an extra $1.50/hour in your first 18 months!

As a Culver's True Blue Cook Crew member, you'll work alongside a positive team focused on providing a place to grow, learn, and develop.

What you'll do in the restaurant:

• Cook and prepare delicious Culver's food
• Keep your kitchen area clean, stocked, and ready to go
• Work with your team to get orders out right and on time
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
• Be part of creating a great guest experience — even from behind the scenes!

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
