As a Culver’s DASH True Blue Crew member, you will have the opportunity to work with a positive team, focused on providing a place to grow, learn and develop.

We're looking for evening shift coverage! Clock out by 9pm, 10pm, or help close the store to get those hours in, and still be out by 11:30pm!

What you’ll do in the Restaurant:

• Serve our Drive Thru guests with a DASH personality (Driven Accuracy and Speedy Hospitality!)
• Provide excellent guest service and hospitality
• Help prepare and/or serve great food
• Support great dining and meal experiences for drive-thru guests
• Work with a fantastic team while handcrafting every experience with care!

Restaurant Qualifications:

• A genuine smile and friendly, outgoing personality
• Strong communication skills
• A willingness to learn and receive feedback
• Reliable transportation
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• No experience needed - we'll teach you the Culver's way!

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
