In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.

Responsibilities:
- Create a positive and enthusiastic work environment
- Lead and motivate a dynamic team to provide outstanding customer service
- Ensure high-quality standards are met in food preparation and service
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling and inventory management
Qualifications:
- Highly skilled in team leadership and customer service
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership or management experience
- Talented in problem-solving and multitasking
- Motivated to drive results and exceed goals
- Dynamic communication and interpersonal skills
- ServSafe Certified or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Passion for going the extra mile for the team
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable form of transportation
