Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and creating great experiences for guests? We're looking for a dependable, energetic Custard Closer to join our evening team!

What You'll Do

As a Custard Closer, you'll be responsible for:

• Preparing and serving our Fresh Frozen Custard with speed and accuracy.
• Creating sundaes, shakes, Concrete Mixers®, and other frozen treats.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked custard station.
• Following food safety and quality standards.
• Assisting with closing duties, including cleaning equipment and preparing the station for the next day.
• Working together with the team to provide exceptional hospitality to every guest.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Friendly, positive, and dependable.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• At least 16 years old (or meets Indiana employment requirements).

Typical Shift

Evening Closing Shift: Approximately 4:00 PM–12:00 AM (hours may vary based on business needs).

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
