Custodial Associate

About the Role

As a Custodial Associate, you'll help maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment in New Castle, DE. You'll be responsible for cleaning floors, aisles, docks, restrooms and break areas, operating industrial cleaning equipment, managing waste and recycling, and keeping workspaces functional for our production and logistics teams.

This role is a good fit for someone who's dependable, takes pride in a job well done and can work independently while staying focused on safety and attention to detail. Previous custodial or warehouse experience is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Maintain clean warehouse floors, aisles, docks, restrooms and break areas
• Address spills, debris and potential hazards promptly to help maintain a safe work environment
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers and sweepers
• Dispose of waste, recycling and cardboard efficiently
• Replenish cleaning and sanitation supplies as needed
• Follow applicable safety, sanitation and OSHA standards
• Help production and logistics teams keep workspaces clean, organized and functional
• Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
• Warehouse environment

Compensation & Benefits
