Summary/Objective The Custodial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining multiple clean, safe, and well-functioning facilities through routine custodial services and basic maintenance support. This role performs cleaning and sanitization in accordance with site procedures, supports exterior and interior facility upkeep, assists maintenance staff with troubleshooting and repairs, and promptly reports safety hazards or facility deficiencies. Essential Functions - Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of offices, restrooms, common areas, windows, non-critical areas, and designated production support spaces in accordance with site SOPs
- Clean high-touch surfaces and maintain environmental cleanliness to support cGMP conditions
- Maintain janitorial storage areas in an orderly, audit-ready condition; ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and properly labeled
- Support exterior facility upkeep, including snow removal and lawn care
- Participate in routine facility inspections and report observed deficiencies or hazards to supervision
- Assist senior maintenance personnel during troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities
- Perform limited facility maintenance tasks (e.g., unclogging drains, replacing fixtures) that do not impact validated or controlled systems
- Maintain housekeeping standards in maintenance areas, including tool control and parts organization
- Document assigned work in the work order system
- Adhere to all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), cGMP, and site safety requirements
- Follow lockout/tagout, PPE, permit-to-work, and safety procedures under supervision

Required Education & Experience - High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- Experience with basic repairs and operating tools or equipment used in routine maintenance
Preferred Education & Experience - Experience working in a regulated and/or GMP environment
- 2+ years' experience with basic repairs and operating tools or equipment used in routine maintenance
