INTERNAL/EXTERNAL VACANCY NOTICE October 15, 2026 The Churchill County School District is currently accepting applications for the following classified position for the 2026-2027 school year: POSITION: Custodian - Maintenance Department/Northside Early Learning Center DEFINITION: To perform varied custodial duties in keeping assigned rooms, buildings or office spaces clean and orderly; and to keep grounds clean and free of liter. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Have acquired basic reading and comprehension, and ability to understand spoken instructions and to communicate verbally. Experience in custodial work is desirable. CURRENT SALARY/BENEFITS: Range 24-Step A $17.81 through Range 24-Step K $21.39 an hour (DOE). Scheduled: 260 days per year and eight (8) hours per day. Nevada Public Employment Retirement System (PERS), Health Insurance, Sick Leave, Personal Leave and Annual Leave.
