Custodian - Floor Tech

About the Role:
DMack Agency Inc is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian - Floor Tech to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine floor care including sweeping, mopping, buffing, waxing, and stripping hard surface floors
• Operate commercial floor machines, auto scrubbers, and burnishers safely and effectively
• Clean and maintain carpeted areas through vacuuming and spot treatment
• Conduct general custodial duties including restroom sanitation, trash removal, and surface disinfecting
• Monitor and restock janitorial supplies as needed
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly

Requirements:

• Prior experience in custodial, janitorial, or floor care maintenance preferred
• Hands-on experience operating commercial floor buffers, scrubbers, and burnishing equipment
• Knowledge of floor stripping, waxing, and refinishing techniques
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed
