As Custodian/Grounds/Maintenance Worker for NCSOS, multiple sites are serviced daily with opportunities to complete other projects and tasks. Skill level should include an understanding of buildings, grounds, and upkeep.

Education and Experience: A combination of training and experience, which would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities, may be qualifying. We reserve the right to determine if a candidate meets the qualifications. · A high school diploma or equivalent; · At least two (2) years of experience in any combination of custodial, construction, building maintenance, or custodial trades desirable.
