About the Role:Butler & Butler Enterprises LLC is looking for a reliable and hardworking Custodian/Janitor to join our team in Harrisburg, PA! Responsibilities:- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with facility guidelines
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment throughout the building
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other restroom essentials
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to supervisors promptly
- Follow proper procedures for handling and storing cleaning chemicals and equipment
Requirements:- Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance work preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safe chemical handling
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively
- Must be dependable and demonstrate a strong work ethic
