Custom Home Project Manager
The Custom Home Project Manager will manage multiple luxury custom home and high-end residential renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement logs. Coordinate closely with superintendents to ensure field operations align with project goals and milestones. Lead project meetings with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, and subcontractors. Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders for completeness and constructability. Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and vendor relationships. Monitor project costs, approve invoices, and track forecasts to maintain profitability. Identify and resolve project risks, conflicts, and schedule impacts. Ensure projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the construction process.
Competitive salary ranging from $126,000 to $154,000. Exceptional health benefits package. Paid time off (PTO).
5+ years of Project Management experience in luxury residential construction. Proven experience managing custom homes valued at $3M+ and/or high-end interior renovations. Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and quality control. Experience coordinating with architects, designers, and discerning homeowners. Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
