A well-established luxury residential builder is seeking an experienced Custom Home Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end custom homes throughout Palm Beach County. This role is responsible for managing all on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality standards, and delivering exceptional homes to discerning clients.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and inspections.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Enforce safety protocols and jobsite cleanliness.
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout construction.
• Work closely with project management, architects, designers, and homeowners.
• Manage project documentation, daily reports, and site meetings.
• Resolve field issues proactively while maintaining project momentum.

Profile

A successful 'Custom Home Superintendent' should have:

• 5+ years of experience supervising custom homes or luxury residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building codes.
• Experience managing trades and maintaining project schedules.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Stable work history and commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
